World Education Forum in Palestine

The WEF activities will be carried out over 4 days, from the 28th to the 31st of October, 2010, and will simultaneously take place in Ramallah, Haifa, Gaza, Jerusalem and Beirut (Lebanon). "Expanded activities" will also be taking place all over the world during the WEF, as part of its program. The program will comprise WEF Thematic conferences (organized by the WEF National Committee with the support of the International Organizing Committee), self-organized workshops and activities, WEF Assemblies on Education and on Palestine, expanded activities (activities held by organizations throughout the world during the WEF, in live virtual communication with the WEF venues), cultural activities, solidarity marches, field trips and activities for children and youth. All activities, including extended activities, will be able to establish live communication with activities and people situated in other WEF venues through an Interlink system of live virtual communication (live streaming, chat, video-conference). An effort will also be made to render WEF activities more accessible to all by live-streaming activities on the WEF website.
